Due to the hygienic nature of our products (sanitary napkins), we can only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products damaged during delivery must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
