Return & Refund Policy

At Jignasha, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return guidelines:

1. Eligible Returns – Returns are accepted only if the product is:

   • Unused and in its original packaging

   • Reported within 7 days of delivery

   • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items – For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used sanitary products cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process – Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
